Reconditioning, Repair, and Testing
The facility specializes in the repair and inspection of essential engine components, including crankshafts, cylinder blocks, cylinder covers, valves, valve seats, pistons, and connecting rods. It also excels in reconditioning ship machinery such as air compressors, refrigeration compressors, hydraulic equipment, governors, and pumps. All services are provided with detailed performance reports and certificates, ensuring reliability and quality for customers and stock purposes.
Advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
A wide range of NDT procedures is offered, including Laser Alignment Checks, Magnaflux Crack Testing (MPI), Ultrasonic Testing, Hydraulic Pressure Testing, Hardness Testing, Roughness Measurement, Alignment Testing, Calibration & Tolerance Checks, Sandblasting, and Chemical Cleaning.
